The Irmo Okra Strut

Two weeks ago we were at the Irmo Okra Strut. It was a rather small event, in a rather small town but ironically we were also shown the most Credit Union love, than perhaps some of the larger events that we've been to. We had dozens of people strike up conversations with us on their own accord telling us how much they loved their Credit Union. The video only represents a small portion of those people we spoke with. A few folks even recognized the campaign and had been follwing it online. It was great to hear all of the feedback. We started our day by participating in the Okra Strut parade. Unfortunately it was raining pretty steadily throughout the morning so it kind of put a damper on the parade, but the rest of the day was pretty successful. Our set up was close to a carricature artist so I conned Lindsey into getting her carricature drawn infront of the camera. I sped up the footage in post to give it a time lapse look. It's not true time lapse because our camera doesn't have frame rate functionality, but it works.
In the next couple of weeks we will be traveling to the Beaufort Shrimp fest, and the Lee County Cotton Festival in Bishopville. Back with more soon.
